Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very comfy and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. However, I was charged extra unexpectedly, and the view overlooked industrial buildings.
I had a nice stay at this hotel, with ample and pleasant rooms at a good price. However, it was a bit hot and noisy. The service was helpful and they even went out of their way to accommodate our requests, though it was very slow at times. The location was perfect for walking around, especially in the evening, with beautiful buildings nearby. The dining experience offered a nice selection of tasty options, but it was missing dairy products. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel is conveniently located across from the park, offering clean and spacious rooms on a Saturday night stay. The service is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff even when the hotel is full. The location overlooking the Guayas River is excellent for a cool down in the pool during hot temperatures. The dining experience, while not outstanding in variety, does offer a good Ecuadorian breakfast buffet. Overall, a great value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, despite not looking like the photos on the booking, were spacious and had excellent lighting, which I really appreciated. The service, especially the assistance provided for transport and luggage, was worth the extra charge. The location right in front of the Malecon was fantastic for sightseeing, but the lack of nearby dining options was a downside. The dining experience offered a good variety of breakfast options, although I wished there was more variety. The facilities were decent and met my basic needs during the stay.
